By accessing or purchasing from HerGlow, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in the currency you select and include any applicable taxes unless noted. We take care to describe products accurately and use real supplier images and descriptions, but colours can display slightly differently on different screens. Prices may change at any time.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent, in error, or exceeds our shipping/stock capacity. If we cancel your order after payment, we'll issue a full refund within 5 business days.
3. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. Payment is captured at the time of order.
4. Shipping & delivery
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees — occasional delays outside our control can occur (customs, weather, carrier disruption).

6. Reviews
Reviews on our product pages are posted by customers. We may remove any review that contains hate speech, defamation, personal information, or spam. We do not edit review content beyond that.
7. Intellectual property
The HerGlow name, logo, and site content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. User accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HerGlow's liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
