Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every HerGlow purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Personal-care items that have been opened (used lipsticks, opened serums, skincare that has broken its hygiene seal) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived faulty.

How to request a return

  1. Email hello@herglow.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item.
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address we provide (the customer covers return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we cover everything — return shipping and a full refund or replacement, your choice. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, PayPal). Original shipping fees are refunded only for faulty/incorrect orders. Processing takes 3–5 business days on our end and up to 10 business days for your bank to display the refund.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different shade or product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal-care items (hygiene protection)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Consumer rights

This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
