Shipping & Delivery

HerGlow ships worldwide. Every order is dispatched by our verified partners and comes with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout. Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over the threshold shown in your cart.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number, emailed the moment your parcel is picked up. You can also enter your order number on our Track Order page.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your local customs office. These are the customer's responsibility. We ship DDU (delivery duties unpaid) so any charges are billed directly by your country's carrier.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated window or appears lost in transit, email hello@herglow.com.au with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either resend or refund your order.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before you check out. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
