How we use it

• To process and ship your order.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates).
• To respond to your support enquiries.
• To send marketing emails only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum data required to fulfil your order:

• Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal
• Fulfilment partner: CJ Dropshipping (name + address for shipping only)
• Email service: SendGrid (transactional and opted-in marketing)
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymised traffic data

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@herglow.com.au. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising retargeting without your consent.

Data retention

Order records are kept for 7 years to comply with Australian tax law. Marketing subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.
